Mr. Sanjo, told Court: "My wife disappeared for months only to return with ‘mystery baby’"

Mr. Sanjo Ekeola, seeking to divorce his told an Agege Grade A Customary Court that he is not the biological father of their fourth child.

Mr. Sanjo who is a carpenter by profession said he did not have sex with his wife, Taiwo, for over three months before she disappeared from home on November 25, 2011, only to return February 18, 2012 with pregnancy

The petitioner, Mr Sanjo maintained that the pregnancy was not his own.

The petitioner therefore urged the court to dissolve the marriage and grant him custody of the three children except the fourth child.

The Respondent, Taiwo denied the allegation and informed the court that her husband wanted her to abort the pregnancy and move out of the house because of his elder sister who always meddles into their marriage. She pleaded that the court should not dissolve the marriage, that Ekeola remained the biological father of the fourth child.

Meanwhile, the court president, Mr. Emmaunel Shokunle, adjourned the further hearing to September 19, 2012.
