In fulfilment of his promises to reform the Nigerian police, President Goodluck Jonathan GCOFR, has completely transformed police college, Ikeja and, the once slump dumped is now open heavens where the police can get a better training for quality delivery on duty. This is president that listen to the people. Kudos Mr president.
