One Adetoyinbo Olalekan, 18- year- old boy has murdered his father for allegedly accusing him of stealing an empty keg.
The deceased father,
Mr Ayodele Adetoyinbo (56), was alleged to have accused the suspect of stealing six
of his empty kegs.
Olalekan said his explanation to his father that he knew nothing about the missing kegs
fell on deaf ears, a situation which led to a heated argument between father and son.
That it was in the process of the argument that he hit his father on the head with cement
bricks, which led to his death at a hospital.
The suspect was on Wednesday, November 13, arrested by a team of police detectives from 'B' Division, Ijamo, Ilesa, Osun State.
