On Friday, one Saheed Sogaji, 28, from Cotonou was sentenced to 21 years imprisonment by an Ibadan High Court for conspiring and robbing a man of a motorcycle.
The court presided pver by Justice Bolaji Yusuf said in the judgment that the prosecutor had been able to prove the charges against the accused beyond
reasonable doubt.
Following the charge, His Lordship sentenced Sogaji to seven
years imprisonment for
conspiracy and 14 years for robbery without option.(NAN)
