According to Punch Newspapers, Mark was suspected to have died of cardiac arrest on Wednesday after a brief altercation with an unidentified commercial motorcyclist, popularly called Okada, who allegedly was about breaking into the deputy governor's convoy.
The source said in the brief argument with the Okada man, the deceased slumped and later died.
According to a source "Contrary to speculations, there was no exchange of either hand or words between the deceased and the Okada man.
"Mark was survived by a wife and three children and his remains have since been deposited at the mortuary wing of the University of Ilorin, UITH."
