If the word of good is meant to save mankind from eternal damnation , it only means that it should touch every nook and cranny of the world. However, there are people who have never seen a copy of the bible or the koran. Some of these people, either for their love for the word or for fear of hell, will go to any lenght to see or obtain a copy of the holy book.
If it thus happen that for the love of God or fear of hell or just for mere curiousity, one steals a copy of the bible, is it proper such a person is prosecuted by the law?

Oil Industry: Dirty Deals In Nuhu Ribadu's Report
Nigeria lost out on tens of billions of dollars in oil and gas revenues over the
last decade from cut price deals struck between some multinational oil companies
and government officials, a confidential report says.
A team headed by the former head of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Nuhu Ribadu, produced the 146-page study on an oil ministry request. It covers the year 2002 to 2011.
Nigeria is Africa’s largest crude oil exporter, shipping more than two million barrels per day (bpd), and is also home to the world’s ninth biggest gas reserves and one of the largest Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export terminals.

Final Debate: President Obama Rattles Gov. Romney
President Barack Obama portrayed rival Gov. Mitt Romney as "all
over the map" and inexperienced on key national security issues in the third and
final debate of the presidential election Monday night in Boca Raton, Fla. Each
candidate attempted to paint the other as an untrustworthy commander in chief,
but Romney's performance was less aggressive than Obama's, and the governor was
often on defense in the 90-minute exchange.
"I know you haven't been in a position to actually execute foreign policy—but
every time you've offered an opinion, you've been wrong," Obama said,
referencing Romney's initial support for the Iraq war.
The president in general was harshly critical
of Romney, and landed a few well-placed zingers. "The Cold War's been over for
20 years," he said in response to Romney's comment from several months ago that
Russia is America's primary geopolitical foe.
