Bashir Shuaibu from Kogi State  has been fingered for child abuse for whipping an eight year old continuously and causing her grievous injuries on her buttocks and using her as house maid  took a while to rouse eight-year-old Sophia Shaidu, as she lay on her stomach on a bed in the children’s ward of the Aniyun Hospital, Gbagada, Lagos.
