According to Daily Times Newspaper, The Commissioner of culture and tourism Delta State, Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)  over embezzlement of N50 million. Philo Nkem Ajufo, the acting General Manager of Delta State Tourism Board, has been detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja for conniving with RMD to steal N50 million from the coffer of Delta State Ministry of Tourism .

Boko Haram abducts Family of 7 kidnapped in Cameroon

The President of France, Francois Hollande, on Tuesday said that a French family of seven, among them three children, were kidnapped by Boko Haram members in northern Cameroon.

Reuters reports that Hollande told journalists during a visit to Greece that the French tourists were abducted by members of the Islamic sect that had been perpetrating violence in Nigeria.

Gun Men Kidnapped Setraco Foreign Workers

Last night, Seven foreign workers of giant construction company, Setraco, were kidnapped by gunmen in Bauchi. The attackers went to the Lebanese-owned construction site of Setraco in Jama'are town, where they killed a security guard and kidnapped the foreign workers

Adamu Aliyu, the chairman of the local government area identified those kidnapped as one British citizen, one Greek, one Italian and four Lebanese.
