The man, Emanuel Okkero was alleged to have been selling drugs outside colleges across Mumbai
Officers from the Anti-Narcotics cell of the Worli Unit of Crime Branch arrested a Nigerian on Saturday for possession of cocaine worth Rs 90,000. The sleuths believe that the accused Emanuel Okkero,49, is the man behind sale of drugs outside city colleges.

Acting on a tip-off, Police Inspector Rajendra Sangale and API Vetale intercepted Okkero outside a famous college in Bandra and recovered nearly 30 grams of cocaine from him.
"He has a huge client base of teenagers and we are looking for his associates in the crime," said an officer from the Anti-Narcotics cell of Mumbai Crime Branch.
A local court has remanded Okkero in police custody till July 28.
