The Deal with Boko Haram

Our President, Goodluck Jonathan recently decided to treat Boko Haram issue by offering them stick and carrot treatment. Would you subscribe to the 'stick and carrot' treatment of Boko Haram by Mr. President even as Boko Haram is bent on eliminating the Christians?
